After various projects in his new role of Artistic Director of The English Concert, Andrew Manze returns to the violin. In October, he will tour the USA with a solo programme many fans will have been looking forward to for some while.
Apart from previous recorded music from Telemann and Tartini, Andrew will perfom some of the paramount of solo violin repertoire, a choice from the sonatas and partitas from JS Bach.
As an upbeat to his America tour, Andrew will perform a Bach solo programme at the Bologna Music Festival.
