Jaap ter Linden to tour USA with Bach Cello Suites
Regarded as one of the main specialists in early music, and an authority on the Bach cello suites, Jaap ter Linden will tour the USA with these Suites this coming December. Ter Linden's recordings of the Suites, in 1996 and 2006, earned praise for its clarity of texture, its elicate balance between rhythm and melody, the most classical amongst the baroque recordings to date.
