Having returned from their "beautiful and raving" performances of Mozart's Idomeneo (according to the Dutch Volkskrant review), Europa Galante will be meeeting again in June for a tour accross Germany, Austria and Spain. This tour features a programme around some of Vivaldi's favourite opera and oratorio arias, with Italian soprano Marina de Liso.
On June 15th, Europa Galante will open the Festival Mitte Europa, a festival that brings together the musical cultures of the centre of Europe. The orchestra travels on to Spain, and returns to Germany for the opening of the Burgfestspiele Eltville (its third appearance in 5 years) and a concert at the Festspiele Sanssouci Potsdam, and finishes its tour in St. Pölten.

Concerts
The programme features arias from Vivaldi with Soprano Marina de Liso and Violin Concertos from Vivaldi's Opus 'La Stravanganza', performed by maestro Fabio Biondi himself. Click on the venues below to check out the details of the various programmes.
