Fretwork and Hilliard Ensemble perform Muhly premiere
The Viol Consort Fretwork will be joined by the Hilliard Ensemble for a performance of works by Orlando Gibbons and the world premiere of a new work bythe American composer Nico Muhly. The world premiere will be given at Wigmore Hall, London, on 2nd October; the second on October 3rd at the Düsseldorf Festival (the new name of the Altstadtherbstfestival, where Fretwork gave a very successful concert last year).
